I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chirnside Hall, and I'd like to share my thoughts on the experience. As a vegan, I appreciated their efforts to accommodate my dietary needs with a vast breakfast selection-vegan butter and milk readily available, which was a nice touch. The food was enjoyable, and I had to commend the friendly and helpful staff who contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious and clean, featuring a lovely four-poster bed that added a touch of elegance. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, which is always appreciated. I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms, ensuring privacy was maintained. The stunning view from my room was a definite highlight. Special mention goes to Rosie, our hostess, who genuinely represented the warm spirit of Scottish hospitality. Her helpful suggestions-like recommending St Abbs for a scenic walk-were spot on. For the price, Chirnside Hall balances luxury with value quite well, especially considering the complimentary amenities such as the bar/lounge area and well-maintained surroundings. A pleasant stay worth considering if you're weighing up options.
